A couple weeks ago we (my daughter and me) made a little trip to Amsterdam, after visiting the Rijksmuseum, we walked around town.
Everywhere you can spot bicycles, some of them dangerously close to the water....

These photos are gorgeous! I love Amsterdam, and the canals and the townhouses. I hope that bike doesn't fall into the water! xx
BeantwoordenVerwijderenLovely Photos:)
BeantwoordenVerwijderenWhat a beautiful pictures! Amsterdam looks almost calm and quiet.
BeantwoordenVerwijderenSo amazing. I love the picture of that bike dangling precariously over the edge! I would love love love to visit Holland one day. Here in BC, Canada, we have quite a few Dutch immigrants and through them, I love learned to love sharp, salty licorice, syrup waffle cookies and also the spice cookies! Can you tell my language of love is food??!
BeantwoordenVerwijderenBeautiful, beautiful pictures! Amsterdam is number one on my list of places I'd like to visit. I first got to see the scenery while watching an episode of House Hunters International. I sent my daughter a text and told her that I want to move there. I think she said something like, "Mom, you really have to quit watching that show." But it does look like a fun and beautiful place to live, or at least visit.
BeantwoordenVerwijderenHi Wilma! I always see this spot in Netherlands to movies filmed in that area. If only Amsterdam is not too far away from Manila :) I would really want to see this place someday
BeantwoordenVerwijderenAh, what an amazing city:) I so want to visit Amsterdam...xoxo
BeantwoordenVerwijderenLooking at these pictures I'm missing it already!
BeantwoordenVerwijderenMy husband tried to surprise me with a quick trip to Amsterdam once when we in Dublin visiting our family at the holidays. Unfortunately, the travel agent dropped the ball and waited too long and then we couldn't fit it into our travels anymore. It was the thought that counts, but it is still on our list! Love these pics!
